Practice Online Presentations

Practice Online Presentations does not require an account, does not show ads, and does not upload your camera or screen. This policy explains the limited information that leaves your device, which is subscription status handled by Apple and RevenueCat.

Effective Date: October 21, 2026

1. Who We Are

Practice Online Presentations (the “App”) is made by Oleksandr Khomin (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.

Questions about privacy: support@khomin.tech

2. Camera and Screen

If you turn your camera on, the preview is shown in the rehearsal so you can see yourself. If you start a screen share, the capture is shown in the rehearsal. Both stay on your device.

We do not upload, store, or watch your camera video or your screen. The App does not record your microphone or your voice.

You can deny the camera or screen-recording permission. The rehearsal still opens. Those prompts are the system permission dialogs, and the choice stays on your device.

3. What We Do Not Collect

The App does not collect:

  • Your name, email address, phone number, or postal address
  • Your advertising identifier (IDFA)
  • Your location, contacts, or photos
  • Your microphone audio
  • A copy of your camera video or screen
  • Usage analytics or crash reports from a separate analytics service

There is no advertising network and no analytics SDK. The only network service the App uses for its own operation is subscription status, described below. If you email support, that message is a separate email you choose to send.

4. Subscriptions

Premium is an optional auto-renewable subscription, monthly or annual. Payment is handled by Apple. We never see your payment card, billing address, or Apple Account details. Apple's handling of that data is covered by Apple's privacy policy.

To know whether Premium is active, and to restore it on another device, the App contacts RevenueCat, Inc. This happens when the App checks subscription status, including on launch, not only after a purchase. RevenueCat receives:

  • An anonymous app user id, which is not your name or email. The same id is shown in Settings so support can look up a purchase.
  • Which subscription, if any, is active
  • Technical details that accompany the request, such as device model, operating system version, and IP address

RevenueCat acts on our instructions and does not use this information for advertising. See RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.

5. Advertising

There are no ads. We do not use an advertising network, we do not access the advertising identifier, and we do not build advertising profiles.

6. Children's Privacy

Practice Online Presentations is not directed at children under 13. It has no account, no chat with other people, and no way for users to contact one another. The people in a rehearsal are part of the app.

Parents can block purchases on the device: Settings → Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions → iTunes & App Store Purchases. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact support@khomin.tech.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

The third parties involved in a subscription are:

  • Apple, which processes the payment
  • RevenueCat, Inc., which reports whether Premium is active and restores it

8. Data Retention

Camera and screen content are not retained by us, because they never leave the device.

The anonymous user id and subscription records held by RevenueCat and Apple are kept under their policies for as long as needed to check and restore Premium. Deleting the App removes it from the device. It does not cancel a subscription or delete Apple's purchase record.

9. Security

Subscription checks are sent over encrypted connections. We do not hold your payment details. No system can guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to its processing.

We do not hold your name or email. The identifier we can see is the anonymous user id in Settings, together with subscription status held by RevenueCat and Apple. Email support@khomin.tech with that User ID if you want us to look up or request deletion of the RevenueCat record.

11. Compliance

This policy is intended to comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, CalOPPA, and COPPA.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use data for behavioural advertising. Where subscription data is processed, the purpose is to provide and restore the subscription you choose.

12. Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date.
