Information Collection and Use

Arrival Planner is designed to function primarily through local, on-device processing. We do not operate user accounts and do not maintain a backend database of user data.

Personal Information

We do not ask for, collect, store, or require personally identifiable information (PII) such as:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Physical address
• Account credentials

Calendar Data

With your permission, the App accesses your device calendar to:

• Read event titles, dates, times, and locations
• Calculate arrival times and schedule reminders

Calendar data is read-only. The App does not create, modify, or delete calendar events. Calendar information is processed locally on your device and is not stored or transmitted to us.

Location Data

With your permission, the App uses location data to calculate travel time to event locations.

• Location access can be granted only while using the app or always (including background)
• Location data is used solely to calculate arrival estimates and “leave by” times
• Location data is not stored, logged, or shared by us

Location updates are processed on-device and are used only when required for arrival calculations.

Internet Usage

Arrival Planner uses an internet connection only to request routing and travel time estimates from mapping and directions services. These requests are limited to what is necessary to calculate routes.

We do not operate servers that receive or store your calendar or location data.

Notifications

The App uses local notifications to:

• Send “time to leave” reminders
• Trigger arrival alarms related to your events

Notifications are generated locally on your device. We do not send remote or server-based push notifications.

Subscriptions and Payments

Arrival Planner offers optional in-app subscriptions.

• Subscription purchases are handled entirely by the platform provider (such as Apple App Store or Google Play)
• We do not receive or store payment details, billing information, or payment credentials

Subscription status is used only to unlock features within the App.

Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

Arrival Planner follows a strict no-sharing policy.

• No third-party analytics or tracking SDKs
• No advertising networks
• No social media integrations
• No data resale or sharing

Because we do not collect personal data, we do not share personal data with third parties.

Security

Since Arrival Planner does not collect or store personal data on remote servers, risks associated with centralized data breaches are minimized. Your data remains protected by your device’s operating system security.

We take reasonable steps to ensure the App itself is secure and functions as described.

Children’s Privacy

Arrival Planner does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App does not collect personal data from any users, children’s privacy is protected in the same manner as all users.

Compliance with Global Privacy Regulations

This Privacy Policy is designed to comply with major global privacy regulations, including:

• General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
• California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
• California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)

Because we do not collect or process personal information, many regulatory obligations such as data access requests, deletion requests, and data portability are inherently satisfied.
